Community Foundation Accepting Spring Grant Applications
WASHINGTON, Kan.— The Washington County Community Foundation is accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications opened February 1 and are due Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
This year, over $20,000 in grant funding is available for charitable community improvement projects within the Washington County area. Grants will be awarded from the following funds:
- Washington County Opportunity Fund – available for projects that improve the quality of life for Washington County.
- Hanover Community Fund – available for projects that address the present and future needs of Hanover, KS.
- Clifton Community Fund – available for projects that address the present and future needs of Clifton, KS.
- Palmer Community Fund – available for projects that address the present and future needs of Palmer, KS.
Grants are limited to communities in Washington County and will be awarded through a competitive application process. Nonprofit organizations, government and public entities, educational institutions and churches are encouraged to apply. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on April 1.
