  • Haddam City Hall

    Grant funding from the community foundation was used to replace the windows in the Haddam City Hall/Community Center. This grant not only made this project possible, but it makes future projects possible as people start to see this building as something more than a worn out old structure.

  • Church of Christ

    The Morrowville Christian Church received grant funding from the community foundation to purchase an Automatic External Defibrillator to be kept at the church in case of a medical emergency where someone's life is in danger from a heart issue.

  • KSD, Inc., USD 108

    To support the KSDS Assistance Dogs, Inc, the Washington County Community Foundation awarded the organization funding for utilities for the facility as well as veterinary care, including vaccines, UA and medications.

  • Clifton City Hall

    Landscaping and work to the City Hall building in Clifton have been a start to improving the downtown area. However, the large fiberglass sign previously there was an eyesore that took away from the improvements.

  • Hanover Hospital

    With the support from a community foundation grant, the hospital was able to purchase a TV, two iPads and two cases. These provide a visual communication tool for residents to Skype, Zoom or FaceTime with family members.
