Community foundation accepting fall grant applications WASHINGTON, Kan.— The Washington County Community Foundation is accepting applications for fall grants. Online applications open August 1 and are due October 1, 2020. Grace Ottot Community foundation awards scholarship WASHINGTON, Kan.— The Washington County Community Foundation recently announced the recipient of the Columbus, Vera and Morris Jones Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is for seniors graduating from Washington County High School, with a preference for students attending Kansas State University. Grace Otott, Washington, received a $772 scholarship.
