Criteria:

• Applicants must be a graduate or student in good standing qualifying for graduation from Washington County, Kansas.  Preference shall be given to applicants from Mahaska, Haddam, and Morrowville areas, but it is not a requirement.
• Applicants Must plan to pursue post-secondary education or training and enroll or be enrolled full-time course of study at a college, university, community college, or vocational/technical school in the academic year for which the scholarship is applied.

Renewal:
Scholarship recipients are eligible to reapply as part of the total applicant pool, so long as they continue to meet the scholarship criteria.
